“Morning yoga on the rooftop with Jeremy Grace, from the Wildlight Wellness Collective, is the perfect way to stretch your body, reconnect your mind or disconnect. Winston Salem culture is playful on Saturdays so why not combine pause of yoga and play of connecting with friends. Join us for a fun rooftop yoga class.

- Doors open at 8:30am. Yoga starts at 9am. (doors close), Mimosas/Bloody Mary Bar from 10am on...
- 1-hour yoga + 1 mimosa/Bloody Mary
- $15 Cash or Venmo or pay online
- Fun people and good times!
